About Paradeep Phosphates Ltd
The company operates in three main lines of business: manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers, chemicals and industrial products. PPL is India's largest producer of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) and is the world's largest producer of Mono-Ammonium Phosphate (MAP).
The company also produces and markets a wide range of other fertilizers, such as Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP), Muriate of Potash (MOP), Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4) and Ammonium Sulphate (NH4SO4). PPL also produces and markets a wide range of chemicals, such as sodium silicate, caustic soda, sodium bicarbonate, sodium sulphate, sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid.
