With a portfolio of 17 fully operational shopping malls, two hotels with 354 keys and office spaces, Nexus Select Trust is a market leader in India, with over 1000 national and international brands occupying more than 3000 stores and covering a dense 9.8 million square feet area. The trust is sponsored by Blackstone Real Estate Funds and has US$951 billion worth of assets under management as of September 30, 2022.
