Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (BIRET) is a publicly listed real estate investment trust (REIT) incorporated in India in 2019. It is managed by Brookfield Asset Management and is the first REIT listed on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Its operations span the entire real estate value chain, including development, asset management, leasing, and operations.

BIRET's portfolio consists of office, retail, hospitality, and residential assets across India. Its top products include office buildings, retail malls, hospitality properties, and residential apartments. It also has a strong focus on developing and managing Grade A office spaces in India's major cities.
