About Oswal Green Tech Ltd

Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (OCFL) was founded in 1981 and is part of the Oswal Group. It has three plant locations in India - Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Mandideep and Dewas, Madhya Pradesh and Rishra, West Bengal. OCFL mainly manufactures agro products like vegetable ghee, soyabean, vegetable oil, hydrogenation plant, and a flour mill. It also produces chemicals like Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). In 1989, the company released 1.97 crore 12.5 Fixed Deposit Certificates (FCDs) to finance their Rs 695 crore project. By 1995, commercial production of urea commenced and the LDPE plant in Rishra was relocated to Shahjahanpur, UP and started commercial production by 1998. In 2000, the 1.92 million Tonnes Per Annum (TPA) Phosphatic Fertilizer project in Paradeep, Orissa, started trial production. The company has been successful in tying up the raw material requirements for the plant on a long-term basis.
