About Shradha AI Technologies Ltd

Shradha Industries Ltd was incorporated on 01st January 1990. The Company is mainly engaged in the business of trading of items like Computers computer hardware accessories and also deal in all types of PP mats and all allied kind of products in the state of Maharashtra. The Company has explored and diversied its business activities from trading of PP Mats of various dimensions like Handmade PP Mats PP Mats with rubber backing Poly Rope Mats. Apart from this it is also engaged in trading of PP granules Polypropylene granules which can be used for manufacturing of PP Mats weaving sacks yarn and production of plastic bag and used in various Industries like Textiles Packaging Industry Stationary Industry to trading of Computers Computer peripherals Computer Hardware and Software data processors computerized telecommunication system and networks calculators tabulators machines appliances accessories devices and instruments of every kind and activation for use of industrial commercial or any other purpose. During the Financial Year 202021 the Board of Directors of the Company has explored to expand the existing activities through addition of new business of infrastructure activities which all those includes the business of Builders Engineers General Construction Civil Contractors etc. and all the activities and services relating thereto which would otherwise support the interconnected infrastructure activities. To include all those enabling activities in the Object Clause of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 the Memorandum of Association of the Company was altered by the Shareholders of the Company at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of their held on 25 March 2021. The Board of Directors are in the process of exploring business opportunities looking to geographical and other advantages of the State and adjoining States and Regions in the business of renting of immovable property providing Internet Services..
