About Ratnabhumi Developers Ltd

Ratnabhumi Developers Limited was established in 2006, originally as Navratna C G Road Properties Private Limited in Ahmedabad, India. In 2009, it changed to Ratnabhumi Developers Private Limited. Subsequently, in 2017, it became Ratnabhumi Developers Limited when it transitioned to a public limited company. The initial promoters, consisting of Mr. Pranav Shah, Mr. Devang Shah, and Navratna Organizers & Developers Pvt Ltd, started the company to acquire land and build and organize real estate. In 200607, the company took out an unsecured loan of Rs 3768 lakhs to buy land in Ahmedabad worth Rs 44.35 crores. They developed a project called Turquoise over the period 2009-2012, and later ran sell and marketing for commercial offices and shops, along with renting out shops, offices, and spaces for corporate clients. In 2016, the existing promoters, Mr. Kaivan Shah and Mrs. Meghna Shah, now man the company and oversee its assets and liabilities.
