About Kuwer Industries Ltd

Kuwer Industries Ltd was incorporated in December 1993 and is involved in metalizing embossing of polyester and BOPP films. In May 2015, the company allotted equity shares on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters in financial year 2014-15, the application money for which had been received by the Company in 2012. These equity shares got subsequently listed on BSE Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited. With everything compliant to applicable laws regarding the issue of allotment and listing of equity shares, Kuwer Industries Ltd has actively established itself in the metalizing embossing of polyester and BOPP films market.
