Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd (GNRL) is a BSE listed Indian company that is primarily engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas properties in Gujarat India. The company, which was established in 1991, started life as Lesha Energy Resources Limited and was subsequently renamed in 2010. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company holds a 30% stake in 6 oil and gas fields in the Cambay Basin. It also owns Heramec through its acquisition of Sigma Oil and Gas Pvt. Ltd, which holds assets in 6 production and 2 exploration stages in the Cambay basin.
