About Deep Industries Ltd

Deep Industries Limited (formerly known as Deep CH4 Limited) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2006 with the Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad. Over the years, the company has grown to become a One-Stop Solution provider for oil and gas field operations in India and globally, owning fuel efficient, latest equipment. In 2020, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) sanctioned a Scheme of Arrangement, leading to Deep Energy Resources Limited (formerly known as Deep Industries Limited) demerging Oil and Gas services Undertaking to Deep Industries Limited. As a result, 3,200,000 equity shares at Rs 300 (with Rs 290 as Security Premium and Rs10 as Face Value) were allotted to DERL shareholders. In 2021, 2 subsidiaries were added, with Deep Onshore Service Pvt. Limited and Raas Equipment Pvt. Limited subscribed to the company's Memorandum of Association, and Deep Onshore Drilling Services Pvt. Limited and Deep International DMCC added via a Demerger under the Scheme of Arrangement.
