About Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd

Goldstone Technologies Ltd. (formerly Goldstone Engineering Ltd. (GEL)) is an Andhra Pradesh based company specialising in the manufacture of thermo weld filled heat shrinkable sleeves and cable jointing kits. It is India's sole manufacturer of TWF Heat Shrinkable Sleeves. In 1996, GEL has entered into an agreement with PSF s.r.l Italy, for obtaining knowhow to manufacture the sleeves with Fujikura Limited's technology. In order to generate more potential for growth, GEL has diversified into four industries: telecommunications, electricity, automobile spares and infrastructure development. To globalise its operations, the company has setup a branch in the UK, and formed strategic relationships with firms in Germany, Belgium and Japan. In addition, three mergers have been carried out over the years with Goldstone Telecommunications India Ltd., Goldstone Softech Ltd., Primesoft Services Inc., and Primesoft LLC. The telecom business eventually demerged into Goldstone Teleservices Limited in 2001.
