About Vertexplus Technologies Ltd

Vertexplus Technologies Limited was started in 2010 as a private company providing IT services like consultancy, outsourcing, infrastructure and digital solutions.It provides digital media services such as security and software development consulting for blockchain companies. Along with cloud service to help clients reduce cost and boost efficiency, the company holds knowledge sharing sessions and forms strategic partnerships.It extended its business to Singapore in 2017-18 and set up a new facility in Noida in 2021. It will come with a public issue of 1479600 equity shares in March 2023 to strengthen their current capabilities. The aim is to provide dynamic, integrated applications and systems to enable a business to succeed and scale, while ensuring quality and timely delivery at cost-effective prices.
