About Vivanza Biosciences Ltd

Ivee Injectaa, a public limited company incorporated in March 1982 is engaged in large-volume parenteral drug manufacturing with an installed capacity of 18 lac pa in Sabalpur, Gujarat. Recently, it has completed an expansion and diversification program to increase the production to 54 lac pa with an additional small-volume parenteral manufacturing capacity of 294 lac pa. To fund the expansion, a public issue of 2170000 equity shares of Rs 10 each was released, aggregating Rs 217 lac. As one of the few companies with facilities for both glass and plastic containers, Ivee Injectaa was awarded a rate contract from the Government of Gujarat to supply its products for one year. Amidst the difficult business conditions in 19992000 due to recessionary trends, the company continues to strive for overall improvement in working.
