About Vasundhara Rasayans Ltd

Vasundhara Rasayans Ltd was incorporated in March 1987. They are engaged in manufacturing and selling Antacids and related Active Pharmaceutical Products. In March 2017, at a meeting of the Board of Directors, it was approved that the Company should sell its manufacturing unit in C104 MIDC Industrial Area, Mahad District, Raigad Maharashtra, together with the residential building and the RH30 plot of MIDC Land to VN Creative Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (VCCPL) or its nominees. The sale will include the title and interest in leasehold rights in regard to all tangible and intangible assets related to the undertaking.
