About Technocrats Plasma Systems Ltd

Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited was originally incorporated as Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 01 1994 from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. Later the name of the Company was changed from Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited to Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited on September 16 2021. Further the Company has changed the name to Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited granted by the RoC Central Processing Centre on October 29 2025. The Company began the supply of Inverter Based TIG Welding Systems Air Plasma Cutting Machine for Indian Market in year 1996. In 2007 it began exports of Plasma Cutting Machines to Oman. It acquired the launch of first CNC platecutting machine and successful supply to first major client and the successful supply of the first CNC platecutting machine in 2008. In 2014 it made exports of Welding Machines i.e. Model Solaris 4004 to Kuwait for the 1st time and Welding Automation System for Transformer Welding to Uganda. Since the incorporation Technocrats Plasma has been engaged in introducing plasma cutting machines and inverterbased technology machines manufactured in India and in implementing CNC plasma cutting and welding automation systems for metal fabrication applications. It has developed CNC metal plate profile cutting systems and CNC metal pipe profile cutting machines for applications involving complex shapes and joint preparations as well as a 1000ampere plasma power source for cutting higherthickness metal plates. Building on these platforms the current product development is focused in laser cutting and welding solutions and on enhancing the automation readiness of systems for customers to adopt higher levels of process control and integration in line with their fabrication requirements.Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning the IPO by issuing 4620000 equity shares of Rs 10 each through Fresh Issue..
