About Rachana Infrastructure Ltd

Rachana Infrastructure Ltd was originally incorporated in 2001 by the promoter, Mr. Girishbhai Raval, with small contracts from Ahmedabd Municipal Corporation. Over time, the company evolved to become a mid-size private sector infrastructure and civil construction firm, operating both on Bills of Quantities and EPC basis. It has worked on a range of projects that include roads, bridges, culverts, hydro power and mining projects in several states in India such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat. Rachana was commissioned to construct a 102-kilometer-long Major District Road in Indore Division for the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation, funded by the Asian Development Bank Singapore. In 2017, the company started a mining project at Dhansura, with a quarry 100 ft below ground level that has produced millions of tons of aggregate so far. It is also working on the Vadodara- Mumbai 6 Lane Highway project. The company plans to issue up to 5.65 million equity shares in an IPO.
