The company received its first order for developing an electronic control system in 2015, and a year later, it started developing and manufacturing optics for space. During 2018, it amalgamated with Mechvac India Limited and Concept Shapers and Electronics Private Limited. The company made its debut in the public market in October 2021 via the IPO.
Paras Defence is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing and testing of defence and space engineering products and solutions. It caters to four major segments of the Indian defence sector, including defence and space optics, defence electronics, electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) protection solution and heavy engineering.
