About Panchsheel Organics Ltd

Panchsheel Organics (POL) is an Indore-based company that was incorporated as a private limited company in 1989 before being converted into a public limited company in 1992. Founded and promoted by Mahendra Turakhia and Kishore Turakhia, the company specialises in bulk drugs and drug intermediates manufacturing. Looking to expand its capacity in bulk drugs production, POL launched an IPO in February 1996 for 1,907,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each amounting to a total of Rs 1.91 crore. POL is also increasing its product portfolio by adding Albendazole, Nalidixic Acid, Carbamezepine, Denatonium Benzoate, Chloropromazine HCL and Tri Fluoperazine HCL to its products range.
