About Omaxe Ltd

Omaxe Limited is one of the largest real estate development companies in India. This family-run business began in 1989 when it was ISO-certified in construction contracting. Since then, Omaxe has grown in presence across 8 states and 27 cities, including Delhi NCR, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, and has delivered 84.8 million square feet in real estate and 31.8 million square feet in construction contracting. By understanding market dynamics and maintaining a healthy topline and bottomline, Omaxe caters to a wide range of homebuyers including High Networth Individuals, Middle-Income Group, Lower Income Group and NRIs.

In FY 2018-19, Omaxe sold 3.55 million square feet of space worth Rs 872 crore. Major locations that contributed to new bookings in the reported financial year were New Chandigarh, Lucknow and Faridabad. Of the total new launches, residential accounted for 97 per cent and commercial for 3 per cent, making the total realization from residential sales at Rs 9180 million and Rs 3100 million from commercial. The company acquired NRI City Developers Private Limited in 2017 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary and also launched a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in 2018. Post merger, the investment held by Guild Builders Pvt. Ltd. in Omaxe has increased to 63.76%, becoming the Holding Company of Omaxe.
