Texmaco Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. is a leading diversified engineering complex and infrastructure company in India, established in 1939. Formerly known as Texmaco Ltd., the company serves as the leader in the fields of Railway Freight Cars/Wagons HydroMechanical Equipment for Mega Power Projects Heavy Steel Structures and Process Equipment. The company has 5 factories located around Kolkata, West Bengal, and is mainly concentrated in the businesses of Real Estate Mini Hydro Power and Job work services. Their product portfolio includes railway freight cars, steel foundry, hydromechanical equipment, steel structures process equipment and agro machinery. Over the years, the company has made various collaborations, investments and acquisitions to expand their business. Recently, the company acquired the share capital of Valley View Landholdings Private Limited and failure of Generator Transformer of UnitII was restored in May 2021.
