About Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Ltd

Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Limited was incorporated in 1999 offering a range of services from cement and ready mix to trading and manufacturing aggregates for the domestic market, becoming a subsidiary of the Nirma Group with a combined installed capacity of 22.82 MMTPA. During the year 2019-20, Nirma had sold 140000000 equity shares constituting 70 of equity stake and 60000000 equity shares constituting 30 of equity stake respectively held in the Company to Niyogi Enterprise Private Limited. In 2020, Nuvoco Vistas acquired a 100 stake in Nu Vista Limited, formerly known as Emami Cement Limited. The same year, the Company issued and allotted 3500 Redeemable Listed Secured and Rated Non-Convertible Debentures to the private sector with a tenor of three years. During 2021, the Company issued and allotted 54545455 and 18181819 fully paid up equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/ each of the Company to Niyogi Enterprise Private Limited and 50000000 Compulsorily and Mandatorily Convertible Debentures CCDs having a face value of Rs 100/ each, aggregating Rs. 500 crore to Kotak Special Situations Fund respectively. Nuvoco Vistas redemeed Series B, Series C, and Series D Listed Secured Redeemable and Rated Non-Convertible Debentures NCDs by June 2020. Furthermore, the Company had completed Initial Public Offer IPO of 87719297 Equity Shares and witnessed the equity shares listing on the BSE limited and NSE. With all these operations, the Company produced a total of 15475 KT of Cement and 8888KT of Clinker in FY 2020-21 with a turnover of 15913 KT of Cement and has launched four new products in its Ready Mix Concrete RMX business division.
