About Megri Soft Ltd

Megri Soft Limited is a public limited company incorporated in February 05 1992 and is a leading provider of comprehensive web products and solutions from iphone android cloud applications to content management system development. During the year 2014, Megri Soft broadened their IT/ITES services to include domain registration, web hosting, web designing, web development, web scripting, web based software development, web promotion, search engine optimization, link building and SEO services. Megri Soft's shares are listed on BSE and MSEI Stock Exchanges, and have also entered into the requisite Listing Agreement with the Exchanges. In October 18 2016, the company further incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Megrisoft Limited in London, United Kingdom. There is currently an appeal with CIT Appeals Chandigarh for a demand of Rs. 7347744/ and Rs. 6515710/ for the Assessment Years 2013-14 and 2014-15, respectively. In 2018, MS Shoes East Limited's lawsuit sought an amount of Rs 8576928/ along with interest 18% p.a. The company took suitable legal action against the suit.
