About Manugraph India Ltd

Incorporated in 1972, Machinenfabrik Polygraph India, better known as Manugraph India Ltd (MIL), began manufacturing letter press printing machines. Since then, the company has extended their product range to Web Offset Machines and SheetFed Offset machines. MIL sought to increase long term working capital requirements by a Rs 5.58 crore rights issue of 18.63 equity shares with a premium of Rs 20 each in August 1993. Working in collaboration with Solna Sweden, MIL set up a property development division in 1995-96 and amalgamated Manuweb International with MIL in April 1994. During 1996-97, Printpak Machinery ceased to be it's subsidiary. MIL shifted it's focus to the export market by investing in advertising, exhibitions and new distributors. By doing so, MIL became a leading manufacturer in printing machinery for both domestic and export markets.
