About Jay Jalaram Technologies Ltd

Jay Jalaram Technologies is a public limited company founded in 2012. It provides multi-brand retail selling of smart phones and other consumer durable electronics such as Smart TVs, Air Conditioners, Fridges, Coolers, etc from brands like TCL, Haier, Diakin, Voltas, Mi, Realme, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Skytron among others. It also sells electric bikes under the brand name Revolt in Ahmedabad. It operates from 82 stores across Gujarat, out of which 10 are company-owned and 65 are franchise-owned branch retail stores. It provides services ranging from mobile handsets, accessories & mobile-related products to Electric vehicles with its offerings. Revolt Intellicorp Private Limited signed a letter of intent with the Company on 10th September, 2019 for sale of Electric Motor Bike under Brand Name REVOLT. In December 2021, Mr. Mukeshkumar Navnitray Bhatt became a shareholder in the company with 22500 equity shares, and as of April 30 2022, it operates 2 company-owned retail outlets.
