About Jainex Aamcol Ltd

Jainex Aamcol Limited was founded in Mumbai in April 1947 and has a manufacturing unit in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is a leading manufacturer of gear hobs and special cutting tools, inspection tools and precision accessories under the brand Aamcol. It is part of the Jainex Group, a conglomerate with offices in leading cities across India and has a turnover of US$20 million. This company produces a wide variety of products such as Spur/Helical Gears, Chain Sprocket, Timer Pulleys Worm Gears, Cutters, Inspection Tools and Precision Accessories. By producing international quality products, the company not only promotes foreign exchange savings but also generates it through exports. In 2011, the Honble Bombay High Court sanctioned a scheme for the conversion of unsecured loans of Rs.3.20 crores into 800000 equity shares of Rs.10 each with a premium of Rs.30 per share. The preferential allotment was done after payment of stamp duty in 2013.
