They offer professional IT staffing, claims processing, call center, software development and consulting services, as well as customer relationship management integration and market research. With 20 global delivery centres across US, Canada, Mauritius, Philippines, India, and more, they are a leader among ITES-BPO services. Established in 1995 as Tele Video Communications India Pvt. Ltd, the company was converted to a public company in 2006 and expanded their services and footprint across the globe.
