The company’s roots come from the long standing Karishma groups’ Bansal group of companies, and the main promoter is Shri PR Bansal. The company launched a 3 star hotel in 1998 with 106 rooms and total cost of Rs. 1535 lakhs in Surat. In the current future they are seeking ways to explore Information Technology in the hospitality and tourism industry for further success.
