About Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd

Earthstahl Alloys Ltd. was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2009 and subsequently converted to a public limited company in 2022. Located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, the company specializes in the manufacture of Cast Iron lumps and Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings. The Cast Iron lumps are used as a raw material in steel foundries, while the Pipe Fittings are used in the public water supply system. The company uses waste generated by integrated steel plants and rolling mills in the manufacturing process, and has successfully manufactured Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings of up to 600 mm width with consistent smooth surface finish. In 2022, the company commissioned a Submerged Electric Arc Furnace with a capacity of 5.5MVA to manufacture 15750 MTs of Cast Iron lumps. The company is looking to raise capital through a public Fresh Issue, offering the public 3240000 Equity Shares.
