About Amin Tannery Ltd

Amin Tannery Limited, incorporated in March 2013, is an Indian company that manufactures and exports finished leather and leather shoe/uppers. In 2018, the company implemented a Scheme of Arrangement and demerged its goat tannery division from April 01 2017, following the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). As part of this scheme, 500,000 equity shares held by its existing shareholders were cancelled and a new set of shares were allocated in a 1:1 ratio to shareholders on 27 February 2018. This move enabled the company to focus on its core leather and leather goods business and make it more competitive in the international market.
