Dev Information Technology Limited was originally incorporated in Gujarat as Dev Information Technology Private Limited on December 23 1997 under the provisions of the companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies. Further pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on February 6 2017 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of the company was changed to Dev Information Technology Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 17 2017 pursuant to the change of name issued by Registrar of Companies.The company is engaged in the business of providing a range of Information Technology Industry IT solutions. The company also provides various information technologies and consultancy services including enterprise solutions egovernance solutions ERP and CRM Implementation ITinfrastructure services website development web hosting solutions and licensing solutions.
