About Comrade Appliances Ltd

Comrade Appliances Limited was originally incorporated in 2017 as a Private Limited Company and was later converted to a Public Limited Company in 2022. The Company is engaged in the process of manufacturing a wide range of Air Coolers and Electric Geysers. The Company serve under both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) business models. It has a manufacturing facility at Palghar, Maharashtra and has expanded the product portfolio and gained technological expertise in designing and manufacturing of products. In 2021, the Company took over the business of M/s Troupe Technologies Private Limited (TTPL) for plastic injection moulding. Currently, Comrade Appliances is planning to come up with a Public Issue by issuing a total of 1,908,000 Equity Shares through Fresh Issue.
