About Clean Science & Technology Ltd

Clean Science and Technology Limited was incorporated in Pune Maharashtra in 2003, and is focused on developing cost-competitive, eco-friendly technologies. In 2020 the company bought back 87,990 equity shares for a total of Rs 400 million, and in 2021 they had a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), raising Rs 1546.62 crores from the sale of 17,184,682 equity shares at Rs.900 per share and got listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. The company also has four wholly owned subsidiaries and during the year 2022 they incorporated a fifth for producing HALS series and made additional investments of Rs. 550 Million into it. They also commissioned two new products into Unit 3 - pBQ and TBHQ. Clean Science and Technology Limited is a leader in manufacturing various types of chemicals and has three certified production facilities in India.
