About Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd

Chemcrux Enterprises Limited is an Indian company which was incorporated in April 1996 with an aim to manufacture Bulk Drug Intermediates. The Company started its operations in 2001 and in March 2017 it made its Initial Public Offering (IPO) which was oversubscribed by more than 55 times. In 2018-19, 100% of its sale was from Intermediates for bulk Drugs API Dyes & pigment industries. In 2019, the Company upgraded the quality of its products by obtaining ISO certification ISO 9001:2018 & ISO 14001: 2018. The Company was also awarded the prestigious SKOCH Order of Merit Award for its outstanding performance as an MSME. Additionally, it received Authorised Economic Operator (AEO T1) Certificate from the Indian Customs Board & Certificate of Recognition as One Star Export House by Directorate General of Foreign Trade. The article published in Dalal Street Investment Journal June 07-20 2021 edition featured the Company at 1st Rank in the list of Top 50 SME Companies of India. The Company, thus, has positioned itself amongst the top SMEs of India and has registered an impressive growth in its financial performance from last year.
