About Birlasoft Ltd

Birla Soft Ltd, formerly known as KPIT Technologies Limited, is a global leader in providing innovative IT consulting, software engineering, and product development solutions to clients in various sectors. It has strategic partnerships with major enterprise technology and cloud providers such as SAP, Oracle, J D Edwards, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, and Service Now to develop cutting-edge next-generation software and digital services. Over the years, KPIT has won many awards, including the Excellence in Export Award from the Indian Government in 1994 and Outstanding Achievement Award from Oracle in 1995. In 2003, KPIT obtained the CMM 5 level, becoming the first Indian IT company to do so. 2004 was a landmark year for the company, which saw the setup of a state-of-the-art campus in Pune, along with the acquisition of Panex Consulting of USA and Solvcentrl.com and Pivolis.com in France. Quickly following were the acquisitions of C G Smith in India and MicroFuzzy Industrie Elektronic GmbH in Germany.
