About BDH Industries Ltd

Established in 1990, BDH Industries (BDHIL) is a public limited company that manufactures a wide range of drug formulations including antibiotics, antiinflammatories and antimicrobials for its clients worldwide including ARM Company, Sumitomo, NAPP HELM, Greenwood etc. and TROGE Megachem and Multichem. BDHIL has gained recognition through various awards like Top Export Award, Trishul Award and Commerce Ministry Award. In 1995, it went public with a share offering of Rs 6.10 crore. Recently, it has entered into a MoU with Nepothene Group Pvt Ltd in Nepal to set up a pharmaceutical company. A modernisation and expansion project started in May 1999 and in 2000-01, it availed a Term Loan to further its expansion. By the end of the year, the company had repaid an amount of Rs 152.21 lacs.
