About ATV Projects India Ltd

ATV Projects India was established to take over Anand Tanks and Vessels P Ltd and since 1987 has been executing turnkey projects and supplying equipment to industries such as Sugar, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power, Nuclear Power, etc. Through technical and technological excellence plus recognition from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ATV Projects India has booked and executed orders from numerous companies. In 1988, they signed an agreement with Ishiwakajima Harima Heavy Industries and in 1991 with Dadini Metallurgica. The project and construction division completed Indian Oil Corporation’s Khandla Bhatinda Pipeline as well as NTPC Farraka, Jai Kissan SSK's Sugar Plant, and more. ATV Projects India also entered a joint venture with Two Malaysian Industrialists to create an Integrated Sugar Complex and a forward integration to create compounding lines for the Footwear Market. In 1995 and 1997 the company completed a 2500 TCD Sugar Plant and 100 MW Power Plant, however, in 1998, ATV Projects India was referred to the BIFR due to exceeding losses. In 2001, the TPE Plant remained closed due to working capital and Engineering Division at Mathura worked intermittently. Nonetheless, ATV Projects India has gained numerous orders and completed accepted projects.
