About Adroit Infotech Ltd

Adroit Infotech Ltd is an established company providing software development, consulting and SAP services. They have initiatives such as data analytics, mobility, enterprise solutions and SAP education. In 2020 Adroit Infotech had a Scheme of Amalgamation with Sphere Global Services Ltd, which was originally incorporated in 1990 as Rusoday Mutual Funds Ltd in Andhra Pradesh and had gone through several name changes until it became Sphere Global Services Ltd in 2014. Since then the company has also acquired two subsidiaries located in the Middle East, Sphere Global Services FZ LLC and Adroit Infotech DMCC. The merger was completed in 2017 and in 2018, the company had a successful name change to Adroit Infotech Ltd according to Registrar of Companies in Andhra Pradesh-Telangana. Lastly, in 2020 their equity shares were listed for trading in both BSE and NSE.
