About VXL Instruments Ltd

VXL Instruments incorporated in 1986 is a technology-driven company providing computer peripherals and terminals across industries. Their customer base includes top companies like ECIL, CMC, Digital Equipments, ITI, Modi, Olivetti, Tata, Unisys etc. The company publically issued shares in February, 1994 and received a premium of Rs. 60 to finance the setup of an electronic hardware technology park and expansion of the existing unit. VXL further expanded their operations internationally and established UK subsidiary VXL Instruments UK, to strengthen their market presence in UK and Western Europe. The company acquired terminal server technology from Godrej & Boyce and introduced Thin Client Technology, first in India. It launched new products such as LAN terminals, SVGA color monitors, networking products etc. and was appointed as sole distributor of EMC Corporation, USa company with largest data storage segment. To capture overseas market, the company set up offices in Dubai and had plans to develop products for IT and telecom convergence. With new orders from ITC Limited & TVS Suzuki Limited, VXL Instruments is steadily progressing in the market.
