About Vipul Organics Ltd

Vipul Dye Chem (VDCL) is a public limited company specialized in dye intermediates and chemicals. It was incorporated as Vipul Dyes & Chemicals, a private limited company in 1972 and was converted to a public limited company in 1993. It is recognized as an export house and exports to countries such as Switzerland, Hong Kong, Germany, United States, and Italy. It manufactures Vat Dyes such as Indigo, Brown RID, and Blue 2B under the Thane Belapur unit. In 1995, VDCL went public with a premium of Rs. 10 to part-fund a Rs. 3.72cr project expansion project by setting up a new unit and acquiring infrastructure. In 1996, it indulged in expansion activities and started manufacturing pigments with a total cost of Rs.2 crores. The chairman and managing director of the company is Pravinchandra Shah and its associate group companies are Jayshree Chemicals, Jayapriya Chemical Industries, Shree Ambika Dye Chem, Cauvery Chemicals and Amar Trading Corporation.
