About Vimta Labs Ltd

Vimta Labs Ltd., founded in 1984, is India's premier contract research and testing organization. They provide a wide range of services to several different industries such as pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, consumer goods, electronic-electrical, agrochemical, healthcare, medical devices and many others. These services range from drug discovery development, preclinical research, GLP and nonGLP clinical research, cGMP and non-GMP analytical services, preclinical research and testing for medical device companies, contract research and testing for agroscience companies, food testing and analytical development services, clinical diagnostics services, environmental regulatory services and more. Vimta was awarded ISO 9002 certification in 1994 and entered a joint venture in 1997 with ROSTEST Moscow, making an investment of 24 of the total Paidup Capital. In 2002, the Company began offering clinical diagnostics services. In 2020, Vimta acquired 100 Equity Shares of Emtac Laboratories Private Limited, making Emtac a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. With a goal of expanding operations, they are in the process of constructing a five-times-larger facility in S.P.Biotech Park Genome Valley Hyderabad. By providing comprehensive services, certification and joint ventures, Vimta Labs Ltd. has become India's leading contract research and testing organization.
