About Unitech Ltd

Unitech Ltd is a real estate development company founded in 1972 by four civil engineers. Unknown as a soil testing business, they have evolved over the years into a multi-faceted business that has six segments, namely real estate, construction, transmission towers, consultancy, hospitality and others. Unitech offers a variety of services including the construction of highways, roads, powerhouses, residential and commercial complexes, property and facility management services, telecom business, transmission services, and amusement parks. In 2009, After acquiring 33.5% stake in Unitech Wireless, Telenor Asia Pte Ltd. Singapore increased their stake to 67.25%. Throughout the years, Unitech have launched numerous projects across various cities in India totaling 10.4 million square feet of area.
