About Thyrocare Technologies Ltd

Thyrocare Technologies Limited was incorporated in 2000 and is one of the leading pan-India diagnostic chains, offering 636 distinct tests and 90 profiles of tests for early detection and management of various disorders and diseases. Additionally, they have set up Regional Processing Laboratories (RPLs) in 25 cities and Thryrocare International Holding Company (TIHC) in Mauritius has established a centre in Bahrain. In 2016, Thyrocare Technologies had a public offering that closed with an oversubscription of 75 times, and in 2018 acquired an Associate Company, Equinox Labs Private Limited, as well as bought back 958900 equity shares. In 2020, their services were negatively affected due to the Coronavirus, however, in 2021 they had a new promoter, Docon Technologies Private Limited, acquire 37656092 equity shares of the Company.As of March 31 2022, Thyrocare Technologies had a network of 1500 active channel partners and more than 9000 collection points spread across 500 districts in India and provided an extensive menu of over 700 tests, with more than 300 added within the year. Additionally, they installed automation for urine testing in 12 lab locations and Beckman Analysers in Zonal Processing Laboratories.
