About Thirani Projects Ltd

Thirani Projects Ltd. was registered as a loan company with the RBI in 1983. In 2015, the SEBI introduced Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations, requiring listed entities to follow specific listings agreements. Thirani Projects Ltd. complied with this and got listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and The Calcutta Stock Exchange by the end of 2015. They have consistently paid the annual listing fees for the FY 2018-19 to BSE and CSE. Furthermore, although the company did apply for voluntary delisting of their equity shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange, the process is still undergoing.
