About Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited, previously known as Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Private Limited, was incorporated in India in 1996 under the Companies Act 2013. Specialty chemical products such as agro intermediaries, specialty chemicals, quats and pharma chemicals are manufactured and sold by the company across the globe with over 1300 customers. The company offers cost and logistics advantage through its two world-class manufacturing facilities located in Dahej and Ankleshwar in Gujarat. These facilities have been granted ISO 9001:2015 certification, and facilitate imports and exports. Additionally, they have a quality control lab to ensure ultrapure grade certification and detect impurities up to a ppm level. In 2004, they obtained a licence from the FDA Gujarat for the Ankleshwar manufacturing plant. The company has a modern analytical development laboratory and an RD centre approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. During 2021, the company obtained a revenue of Rs. 3 billion, earned through the manufacture of PTC, Structure Directing Agents, Electrolyte Salts, Pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates and other specialty chemicals. During the same period, the bonus share issue increased the equity share capital from 8,035,000 to 12,052,500 and the Dahej facility expanded its working capacity with an increased reactor capacity of 280KL and 17 assembly lines.
