Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd (TNPL) is a leading paper manufacturing company in India. Incorporated in 1979, TNPL is a joint venture between the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Government of India.

TNPL's operations include the production of newsprint, printing and writing paper, and other paper-based products. Its main products include newsprint, printing and writing paper, and speciality paper.
