About Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infrastructure Ltd

Shri Shakti LPG (SSLPG), promoted by D V Manohar and D V Satyakumar and their associates, was incorporated in July 1993, and had started operations within a year by importing LPG. The company implemented an integrated LPG project at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, and commenced commercial operations in January 1995. To meet project costs, the company had a public issue in September 1995. In order to expand services, SSLPG took over Asia LPG Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, Karnataka, and had a joint venture with Kosan Teknova, Denmark, AMOCO, US and Daewoo Corporation, Korea. With the commissioning of 3 x 500 MT LPG Spheres, the company increased its storage facilitites by 3000 MT in 1997-98. This enabled effective service to their 400000 customers in 7 states. SSLPG is the largest LPG private sector company in India with the launch of their Auto Conversion Kit under ARAI on Bangalore and Hyderabad in November 2002. Additionally, they have also developed a kit for 2 wheelers, which is under testing at ARAI and tied up with government oil companies to market the Shakti Gas Auto Kits.
