About Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd

Shree Rama MultiTech (SRMTL) is a public limited company established in 1993 and specialises in laminated web material, tubes, films, containers, bags and pouches. Promoters Vikram Patel and Sharad Patel have expertise in the packaging industry. As the second largest Plastic Laminated Tubes company in India, SRMTL has attained technology agreements with AISA Switzerland, Taiyo Kikai Japan, Fujimori Kogyo Japan and Barrier Films Corporation. In February 2000, 8055750 equity shares valued at Rs 120/share were issued to part finance a project of expanding the Plastic Laminated Tubes manufacturing capacity from 316 million to 640 million. To further enhance the business a subsidiary, Shree Rama MultiPack Guangzhou was set up in China. This company is expected to become operational in the second half of 2021.
