About Sharanam Infraproject & Trading Ltd

Sharanam Infraproject and Trading Ltd was incorporated in 1992 and has been in the business of trading textiles since then. In 2016, they changed their name from Skyhigh Projects Ltd and received an order from Regional Director to shift their registered office from Punjab, India, to Gujarat. The approval to divide the share capital of one equity share, of face value Rs. 10, to ten equity shares, of Rs. 1 value, was taken from shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of 22 July 2015.
