About Shahlon Silk Industries Ltd

Shahlon Silk Industries Limited is aleading textile enterprise based in Surat, India's textile hub. Established in 2008, the company produces yarn and fabric for both domestic and international markets. To keep up with the evolving needs of customers, Shahlon has invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, which have enabled it to produce from natural fibers such as cotton, viscose and rayon, as well as polyester-based yarns. In 2019, Fairdeal Filament Limited merged with Shahlon, resulting in the allotment of 6,724,240 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each. On June 29, 2021, the Board of Directors recommended that 1 equity share of Rs. 10 each be subdivided into 5 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. Shahlon takes quality control seriously, and tests all its products to conform to quality specifications laid down in the market.
