About Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Ltd

Royal Cushion Vinyl Products, established in 21 Nov 1983, produces and sells cushion vinyl floorings with sound insulation and different thicknesses for temperature control. The company has recently ramped up production capacity from 44 lac sq mtr to 88 lac sq mtr, and added a new PVC calender product line that can produce up to 10000 tonnes a year. To fund the expansion and increase in working capital, it held a rights issue that was zero-interest in May ‘95. In 1997, it obtained ISO9002 certification for a 2 metre width Cushion Vinyl Flooring plant, and in 2019, imported machineries from Germany for producing 34 mtr width Cushion Vinyl Flooring. Following accumulated losses, the company has applied to the BIFR for solutions for recovery. With a bright, dynamic future in view, the company is planning to double its exports.
