About Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd

Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited, formerly known as Fairchem Speciality Limited, is India's leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of aroma and fragrance chemicals, supplied globally. It has in-house production facilities in Maharashtra and Gujarat and started manufacturing aroma chemicals in 1992 with two products, since expanding to over 50 with an annual capacity of over 32,500 tons. The Company has engaged in private placement and a public issue, and formed a technical collaboration with a US company, procuring equipment from Switzerland, Germany, and the US. There have been expansions to the production capacity of 18,000mtpa in 2013 and 45,000 mtpa in 2015. A joint venture agreement was formed with Givaudan SA in 2022 giving the Company control over 51% of the voting power. With this agreement, the business activities of Privi Organics India Ltd. were merged into Fairchem Speciality Ltd. in 2020.
